CSV columns (header row required): ro_number, service_advisor_name, date_opened, date_closed, odometer_in, odometer_out, customer_signature_present, customer_approval_timestamp, mpi_completed, job_code, technician_name, description, clock_in_time, clock_out_time, labor_rate_charged, labor_rate_standard, parts_cost_charged, parts_cost_list. One row per job line — repeat the RO-level columns on every row that shares the same ro_number. Advisor/technician names must match an existing user in this dealership exactly.

Upload a photo/scan of a paper repair order, or a digital PDF. Fields (RO number, advisor, odometer, job lines, etc.) are read automatically via OCR — nothing is typed by hand. This is a best-effort reading, not a guaranteed-accurate one: check extraction.warnings in the result below for anything that couldn't be confidently read. The RO is created and analyzed immediately either way — there's no review step before it's submitted.
Multi-page RO? Select or add up to 8 photos/files at once — pages are matched into one repair order by the RO number printed on each page, so it's fine to select several different ROs' pages together too; they'll be split back out automatically.
